SMART, CONFIDENT, INTERESTING...

“These Dublin newbies are smart, confident, and – that rarest of attributes in a straight up indie rock outfit – interesting.”
(Hot Press. Aug '09)

They say actions speak louder than words, but words like these speak volumes for Identity Parade and their onward pursuit of perfect, punk power-pop!

Since its release in March 2010,Identity Parade's debut album has been working its way through the Irish music scene picking up more & more fans as it does so. Since coming together the band have vowed to reproduce content of work that define where they are as a creative force at that given moment & as of now they have no reason to sway from this path.

"Combining spiky, angular, guitar textures and tightly wound choruses with the kind of fiery passion and unbridled energy that is de rigueur for the genre, this Dublin five-piece tick all the right boxes in the indie stakes."
(Hot Press - 4 out of 5 Album Review April 2010)

Having completed a successful Irish tour to coincide with the album release the band recently made their way across the UK & into Germany for a couple of shows throughout the months of April & May. Such was the reception that a Spring tour of both territories has been confirmed.

We love the debut album from this Dublin indie five piece. An enjoyable listen from beginning to end, Identity Parade offer up a blend of energetic, catchy, indie rock with an edge. What's not to like?
(Heineken Music Recommended Album of the week, April 2010)

Never being ones to rest on their laurels, the band have also recently decamped back into their studio, between their ever growing live schedule of gigs to work on some new material which they feel very strongly about. Fruits of such labour should be seen as early as the Spring 2011 through EP format prior to the release of the bands second album.

“Thunderous assaults such as Prying Eyes and Always Right are hard to resist.... the likes of Vampires and Kicking Stones prove Identity Parade can change the pace and still hold your interest.”
(Album review, Irish Daily Star, March 19 2010)
